A semi-truck with a dump trailer was unloading gravel in a driveway when the bed got caught up in the feeder line. The contact led to the entire rig being energized, blowing out all 18 tires, melting the wheels and burning the entire trailer. Luckily there were no injuries to the driver, but the rig was completely destroyed.
