On January 6th, PRG sent damage specialists to investigate two fiber damages, one in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin, that shut down cable and Internet services for customers across both states. The outages reached as far as Rochester, Brainerd and the Twin Cities. PRG damage specialists in each state worked to determine and document liability for the damages and process the claims for the clients involved.
